1. Order Processing Time

At Tune Traders Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to delivering musical instruments and accessories quickly and safely—whether it’s a professional-grade electric guitar, a set of drumsticks, or studio recording gear.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), depending on stock availability and order size.
Once payment is confirmed, our team carefully prepares your order for shipment.
You will receive an order confirmation followed by a tracking number (for courier shipments) or a scheduled delivery update (for large/bulk deliveries).


2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

  • For Guitars, Keyboards & Larger Instruments:
    These items may be shipped via specialist logistics or local delivery partners to ensure secure handling. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.
  • For Small Accessories & Studio Gear:
    Shipped via trusted courier services directly to your provided address.
  • International Orders:
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, please contact us to discuss feasibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Standard parcels include a tracking number sent via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
  • Large instruments may be coordinated via phone or email for scheduled delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

Possible causes for delay include:

  • Public holidays and festive peak seasons
  • Remote or out-of-coverage areas
  • Severe weather or road access issues
  • Courier network delays

While courier delays are beyond our control, Tune Traders Sdn. Bhd. will assist in following up and resolving delivery issues promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping every order. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  1. Inspect goods immediately upon arrival.
  2. Report issues within 24 hours.
  3. Provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and delivery slip.

We may arrange for:

  • Replacement items
  • Partial or full refund
  • Return pickup and redelivery

Note: We are not liable for loss or damage after the item has been signed for or left unattended at your request.


7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)

If you prefer to collect your items:
